Terms of Service

Welcome to Mavlers.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mavlers.ai website and our AI and automation engineering services (together, the "Services"). Mavlers.ai ("Mavlers.ai", "we", "us" or "our") is the AI and automation engineering arm of the Mavlers group. By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Services

Mavlers.ai provides AI and automation engineering, including custom AI development, RAG and knowledge systems, AI agents, workflow automation, orchestration, integration and MVP development. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees and scope for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or order ("Engagement Agreement"). If an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement governs for that engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or disrupt or interfere with the Services.

  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Services except as permitted by law or an Engagement Agreement.

  • Upload malware, or submit content or data you do not have the right to share.

  • Use our AI outputs to build a competing model, or in a way that violates applicable AI, data-protection or export laws.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality and rights to any content, data, credentials or systems you provide.

  • Obtaining any consents, licenses and permissions required for us to process data on your behalf.

  • Reviewing deliverables and providing timely feedback, approvals and access needed for delivery.

  • Maintaining your own backups and using the Services in line with applicable laws.

5. AI-specific terms

Because our Services involve AI systems, you acknowledge:

  • AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions or "hallucinations." You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical or other high-stakes decisions.

  • We design human-in-the-loop checkpoints where appropriate, but AI is a tool to assist — not replace — human judgment and accountability.

  • We may use third-party AI/LLM providers as sub-processors. Their models and availability may change, which can affect functionality.

  • We do not use your data to train third-party foundation models, and we handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • You are responsible for using AI deliverables in compliance with applicable regulations, including the EU AI Act and similar frameworks where relevant.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles and payment terms are set out in the applicable Engagement Agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, and invoices are due within the stated period. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You retain ownership of the content, data and materials you provide to us.

  • We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and reusable components.

  • On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, subject to any third-party or open-source licenses embedded within them.

  • We may reference the engagement for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Engagement Agreement says otherwise.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information, use it only for the purpose of the engagement, and not disclose it to third parties except to sub-processors bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.

9. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (cloud hosting, AI/LLM providers, analytics, CRMs, and similar). We are not responsible for the availability, terms or acts of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an Engagement Agreement, the Services and any AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavlers.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mavlers.ai harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your content or data, your use of the Services or deliverables, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services unlawfully. Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the Engagement Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, confidentiality, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless a different mandatory law applies to you.
